Return & Refund Policy

At Kortex, customer satisfaction is at the heart of our service. We strive to deliver high-quality products, but if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, this policy explains your rights and how to request a return or refund.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging with tags intact.
- The return request must be initiated within 7 calendar days of receiving the product.
2. Return Procedure
To initiate a return, please email us at info@internationalimplantmaster.com with the following information:
- Your full name and contact number
- Order ID and product name
- Reason for return (defective, incorrect item, not as described, etc.)
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
After reviewing your request, we will confirm the return eligibility and provide instructions for shipping the item back to us. Return shipping charges may apply unless the item was defective or incorrect.
3. Refund Process
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The refund process includes:
- Inspection of the returned item once received
- Approval or rejection based on product condition and return reason
- Processing the refund within 7–10 business days
Refunds will not be issued for items that do not meet our return criteria. You will be notified of the status via email.
4. Non-Returnable/Non-Refundable Items
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:
- Products purchased on sale or clearance
- Personal hygiene products (unless damaged/defective)
- Customized or personalized items
5. Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled only if the product has not yet been shipped. Once the order is in transit, it must go through the return process.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please report it within 48 hours of delivery. We may offer a free replacement or refund depending on availability.
